Delete your TradeInvoice account
You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data at any time.
Delete inside the app
Open Settings → Delete account. Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm. This is the fastest and most secure method.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject “TradeInvoice account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data deleted
Your account, business profile, cloud-synchronised customers, products, invoices, invoice items, settings and stored sending history are deleted.
Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Support requests are normally completed within 7 days after ownership is verified.
Records that may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained only where required by law, then removed when the retention requirement ends.
