TradeInvoice Australia respects your privacy. This policy explains the information handled when you use the TradeInvoice application, website and related services.

Information we handle

We may process account details such as your name and email address, business details you provide, invoice delivery records, support communications and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Invoice and customer information

Information entered into invoices, customer records and product records is used to provide the features you request. The current application may also store operational data locally on your device.

Email delivery

When you send an invoice through TradeInvoice, relevant message and delivery information is processed by our email delivery provider. Delivery and open events may be recorded where enabled and supported by the recipient’s email client.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate accounts, send requested emails, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve reliability.

Data deletion

You can request deletion through the Delete account option in the application. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
