By using TradeInvoice, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, customer details, tax treatment, payment information and business records you create. TradeInvoice does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You must not use TradeInvoice for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity, or attempt to interfere with the service or other users.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change as the product develops.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TradeInvoice Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
